Guidelines

For our growth, during a Power Circle, we let go of sharing advice and asking questions. Giving advice or asking questions at a Power Circle can take us away from the speaker as they are practicing articulating their words. Advice can cause a person to enter into a defensive state. During a Power Circle, we want all individuals to feel that they may speak freely without the fear of judgement. Having a safe space to speak freely can allow positivity to flow and can reward the speaker with an ah-ha moment.

By practicing not giving advice or asking questions, you will begin to listen on a higher level. There is a self-awareness you will receive in the moment of just listening.
